How do you join the parenting discussion? It’s easy: Provide contact information in the form below and you will receive the free conference call number via e-mail prior to the event. You will also receive a code word to allow you access to this call.

How is the program conducted? A few minutes before the designated start-time, you will need to call the free telephone number, provide the code word when it is requested of you, and join the conference call. When it is time to begin, a moderator will welcome you and introduce Dr. Maslin. Then Dr. Maslin will deliver her talk. Following her presentation, you will have an opportunity to participate in an educational question and answer session and ask Dr. Maslin your own parenting questions.

What is the best way to join the discussion? Have a parenting get-together. While many people join these discussions on their own, we suggest that you invite some fellow friends and parents over to join you for Dr. Maslin’s interactive talk. Parents find it is most fun and helpful when the discussion groups are done as part of an informal parenting get-together in one anothers homes. These get-togethers also help you build a parenting network in your own community, which is an important goal of Dr. Maslin’s grassroots parenting project. Remember, if you have friends join you, you will need a speaker phone. Of course you can join this call on your own and then for the next talk invite friends. Even if you are on your own, a speaker phone is recommended.
